I called the ELCO dealership to inquire about a particular car I'd seen on Chevy's website, and salesman Mark Gerecke verified the car was still there. I asked what it would cost to drive it off t particular car I'd seen on Chevy's website, and salesman Mark Gerecke verified the car was still there. I asked what it would cost to drive it off the lot if the A/C kit was installed, and based on the quote said I could be at the dealership the next day to test drive. Mark came in on his day off to make the sale. The A/C unit was installed, and I drove the car off the lot the same day. No additional charges were added to the price quoted on the phone. Based on this level of service, I highly recommend talking with Mark when looking for a new car. More

We were contacted by the dealership regarding our 2008 Escalade ESV - they were looking for lower mileage good used cars. I called (normally, I wouldn't think twice about calling as I thought these kinds Escalade ESV - they were looking for lower mileage good used cars. I called (normally, I wouldn't think twice about calling as I thought these kinds of contacts were 'come ons'. I was MORE than pleasantly surprised to find out that not only did the folks at Elco place a high value on my Escalade, but that they were MORE than willing to deal with us to get the car. I should also say that I'm normally not a very willing or patient buyer of new cars. However, Kyle and his boss, Cort, exceeded all of our expectations by providing us a deal that was too good to pass up. The only problem - convincing my wife and kids that we should take the new Escalade. They LOVED the old Escalade - as much for the unique color as for how well the car had performed. It was THEIR car. However, in the end, Kyle and Cort did such a good job that my wife and kids were more than willing to have us drive out of the showroom with a brand new 2011 Escalade ESV (and the color of the new car is nearly as unique as the old one was)! I would recommend Elco without hesitation to anybody looking for a new (or used) Cadillac. Thanks. More
