Elco has changed over the years and speaking as a customer that has purchased over 10 vehicles from them over the years I don't feel they are as customer oriented as they used to be, bottom line focu customer that has purchased over 10 vehicles from them over the years I don't feel they are as customer oriented as they used to be, bottom line focused now with all types of add-ons and admin fees. Salesperson Matt appeared to do the best he could but bottom line Elco no longer appears as customer focused and lost their edge.
