Only want to manipulate their deals My wife and I purchased a new vehicle well over a year ago, but my recent positive experience with another dealer and the review I left them reminded My wife and I purchased a new vehicle well over a year ago, but my recent positive experience with another dealer and the review I left them reminded me that a negative review is equally valuable to a prospective shopper. Eagle was completely unwilling to show my wife and I the basic numbers on our new car deal (purchase price, trade value, APR, etc). Instead, we were offered monthly payment numbers scribbled with a marker after repeatedly requesting the basic math. After having to reverse the math ourselves, we negotiated a deal then argued with the finance manager to net an APR that was barely less than ridiculous. We have since refinanced, and tried to mention to anyone we know to avoid this place and their car shark tactics. Anyone less willing to fight with them would be terribly taken advantage of. Very positive experience First of all, I can't believe the fantastic service department they have. I recently moved to this area. I HAD a Nissan and brought it there for an o First of all, I can't believe the fantastic service department they have. I recently moved to this area. I HAD a Nissan and brought it there for an oil change and Laura got me right in. Then I had another small problem the next week, so I called Laura and she said to bring it right in. They fixed the problem within minutes and did not charge me. Because of the wonderful service, that same day I bought a Buick Encore from them. Mike was an excellent sales person and everyone there was so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable there. I cannot ever remember having such an overall positive experience as this with a card dealership, both service and sales. More

We end up at dealerships to make what to most of us is the second biggest purchase after our home, I own and operate a small business within Citrus County, I do not have unlimited funds, I work to put food on our table and shoes on our children's feet. I do not waste money on frivolous things, I WILL NOT shop at any other dealer in Citrus County. We will be returning next year to trade in my wife's everyday vehicle. Bait and switch I too had a very poor experience at Eagle Buick GMC. I went to purchase a 2013 VW Touareg, initially it was like any other dealer visit. Friendly sa I too had a very poor experience at Eagle Buick GMC. I went to purchase a 2013 VW Touareg, initially it was like any other dealer visit. Friendly salesman who can't do enough to get the sale. I took the car home and drove it for 48 hrs to make up my mind. Upon returning to the dealership the agreed upon price changed. Even though I was offered more money for my trade and came in with financing, the paperwork they expected me to agree to was several thousand higher. I had brought another person with me to get their opinion. The salesman spent more time trying to earn his business than to keep mine. Over all a horrible experience, would not recommend. I live minutes away from this dealership, but I think I will have to take my business to Orlando or Tampa. Too slick to be trusted More
