I purchased a 2018 Camaro SS for 45k from them nearly five months ago. My son and I drove from Atlanta, GA to make this purchase. I also purchased an extended warranty. The salesman Nick B was great, however the finance manager Robert Ernstes turned out to be a complete “#$$” ’ll tell you more later. I could not believe that it took them 4 months to finally get my title and Georgia tag. They had to pay over $400 in penalties to get my tags. This was after numerous calls to them with runaround excuses they never call you back. It wasn’t until I spoke with Jim Martin one the managers that I was able to get expedited results. Back to Robert. He accused me of not being a man of my word because he was P.O. that I wanted to cancel my warranty. Now mind you I drove over 500 miles one way and purchased the vehicle at I’m sure was COVID-19 up charge prices. I did not dicker around on the price. The only agreement I had with Bob was that I would allow them to do in-house financing because I had already been pre-approved from my local bank and this would streamline the process, however with the understanding that I was going to refinance the loan as soon as I returned to Atlanta which I did at a rate they could not match. It took them 4 months to refund my warranty money and only again with the help of Jim Martin. I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership in the future.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Arrived a little earlier than my appointment they took me in to service my transmission and replace my brake fluid. There was fresh coffee available in the waiting area. Service was pretty quick I spoke with the mechanic, he was very professional as was the person at the counter. While there another customer was told that she needed to have her battery replaced the service guy returned and told her that the battery was covered under warranty. I just witnessed your dealership honestly. It made her day because she couldn’t really afford a new battery at this time. Appreciated that. It was a positive experience. More
