frustrating when I arrive for my appointment, I was 30 minutes early figuring how busy it would be for Monday for you guys. Would that be said the young lady could not find whatever she has to look at the mileage whatever then she came explained that I need new tires I said I'm totally aware thank you and then gave me a bill for New Welsh new windshield wipers for new tires and she gave me the invoice. No problem then when I get back in my car, I always look around and just see what's going on and I look up at this certification for mileage and the old ones still on there that kinda takes me off seems I can drive up to 1600 miles a week so that will irks me because I tried to get my car in for oil change pacific enough for you More

I made an appointment the week before my scheduled oil change when I got to the dealership at 10 of 8:00 fill out the paperwork and I was going to wait for it because I did not have a way to get home and change when I got to the dealership at 10 of 8:00 fill out the paperwork and I was going to wait for it because I did not have a way to get home and I was told it probably would take up to 3 hours I asked why did I make an appointment then and he quickly told me that if you didn't make an appointment it probably would have been a weight of 5 hours. I asked him to please give me the keys back to my car and I wasn't waiting. You shouldn't have to wait 3 hours when you have scheduled an appointment that is bad business. I will definitely take my car somewhere else from now on this is the second time that I have been to your dealership service area and both times have been horrible More
