We had an apt at 830 am Tuesday and they did not pull the car in until 930am . Why have an apt and have to wait an hour before getting started on it. Excellent service once again! All the service people, the lady the young guy and the older guy "bill I think is his name" work together towards making the customer fell like the problem is getting fixed. In my case I have a 2012 Buick lacrosse that I bought new and the A/C motor was acting funny. They found out what was wrong and it was no big deal. They could have charged me a lot and I wouldn't have known the difference. They're not like that. Best and most honest service I have ever seen. I hope their management keeps thing going like this as it's hard to assemble and maintain a team like this. More
