It was pretty good. Some grease and scratch on my side window and the underside cover wasn't secure which all was rectified as well as photos of the underside showing me Some grease and scratch on my side window and the underside cover wasn't secure which all was rectified as well as photos of the underside showing me what was happening. They found a replacement part for a part that they found that had worn and was unexpected as well as got done sooner than expected. They did forget that my car is all wheel drive so the bill was a little higher then expected/quoted. I would say, all in all, it was a good experience, not excellent but good. More

It has been a week and we still have not heard back from anyone. We had called with questions, and were told they would check into and get back to us. Not satisfied with the knowledge your sales staff ha anyone. We had called with questions, and were told they would check into and get back to us. Not satisfied with the knowledge your sales staff has. We have been on the phone with Forest River and Magic Chef, and they could answer our questions. At this point, I would not recommend purchasing from Eagke Country RV. More
