We purchased a brand new camper from these guys and couldn’t have had a better experience! Disappointed on the non working passenger lock. When I called I told them the actuator was bad and have the part to replace. When they serviced the truck over two hours I was told the actuator was When I called I told them the actuator was bad and have the part to replace. When they serviced the truck over two hours I was told the actuator was bad and it's 500+ to replace . And charged me $89 to get to it and test it. In addition they didn't have the part. I am not sure what happened for the two weeks before the appointment. I am confused on the $109 dollar part and $501 charge? Don't took an hour to get a door panel off and test power. How would it take 2.5 hours to replace it? Not a lot of confidence in the service area that I am getting fair pricing More
