Dead Battery Replacement Came out early on a Thursday morning to leave for work and found my 2013 had a dead battery. Called Earnhardt Service at 7AM to find out if they had a Came out early on a Thursday morning to leave for work and found my 2013 had a dead battery. Called Earnhardt Service at 7AM to find out if they had a replacement in stock and if they could take me to replace the battery. There was a yes response to both questions. Jump started the car and drove to Earnhardt where the service advisor (Wes) helped with getting the car entered into the system and I was told the battery replacement would be complete in less 30 to 45 minutes. Took a seat in the customer waiting area and enjoyed a donut and cup of coffee. Wes came for me in about 35 minutes and reported that the battery had been replaced and the electrical system was also checked to make sure there was nothing in the system that would have caused the battery to fail. All was good and I paid the bill and left the shop with an operational vehicle. End of story. More

Alexander Mimms did a fantastic job for sales Everything went very good up to the time we got to closing. We were then informed that the warranty was very limited and would not cover many things o Everything went very good up to the time we got to closing. We were then informed that the warranty was very limited and would not cover many things out side of any defective parts or labor. The only solution was to by another warranty plan right now because we could never do it afterwards. If the warranty that comes with the vehicle is really as represented, why not explain it as part of the deal. Slipping this into the deal at closing changes the agreed to deal and appears to be very deceptive. Wish this had been handled different. I will inform anyone I refer to Alexander to get this information up front. Hope this policy will be changed. We purchased 2 new vehicles that day..................... More
