Oil Change/Tire Rotation Gone Wrong While rotating tires on my 2013 Terrain the technician noted a nail in one of the tires which explain the slow loss of air pressure I had been experie While rotating tires on my 2013 Terrain the technician noted a nail in one of the tires which explain the slow loss of air pressure I had been experiencing. The tread depth and age of the tire suggested new tires were in order but service advisor agreed to patch the tire which would allow me to purchase new tires in a week or two. However when removing the tire from the wheel the side wall split necessitating a change of plans. A pair of new tires was ordered and installed on my car within 24 hours. The service was great for the unexpected problem and my Terrain is now safely back on the road. More

Quick, efficient and effective service Due to a slow leak in one of our tires for awhile now, we had been monitoring the situation, as Weston Lange suggested, and had already scheduled an a Due to a slow leak in one of our tires for awhile now, we had been monitoring the situation, as Weston Lange suggested, and had already scheduled an appmt to have it checked, along with other service maintenance. However, when the leak seemed to become more pronounced, I called Weston to see if I could get the car in sooner for this service only. Weston went out of his way to get me an appmt for that morning. Although I knew one option was to buy a new tire, they analyzed the leak and found that they could fix it. In all I spent 2 hours from the time I entered the dealership to when I left. Weston is always gracious and accommodating and explains everything thoroughly and well. The service was fast and efficient. Can't say enough about the service I received. More
