Roberto Saenz is one of the finest salesmen I have encountered. He greeted me, asked how he could assist me, then spent over an hour and a half explaining the features of the SRX and accompanying me o encountered. He then arranged for me to take the vehicle home to show my wife. When I returned, I explained that a sedan and not a SUV was first choice. He made me feel comfortable and then explained the features of a new premium vehicle Cadillac will be offering later this year. He understood our preference for a luxury sedan, and said he would call me when they were available. Because of his product knowledge, his obvious love of his job, his patience and his cheerful attitude, when we choose to buy, we will buy at Kachina, and seek him as our salesperson. More
I had a sound in my front suspension that bothered me. I came in for the 24 point inspection and it was determined that I needed a Rt Front Hub Bearing assembly. They performed the repair and I was out of t came in for the 24 point inspection and it was determined that I needed a Rt Front Hub Bearing assembly. Our experience buying our new SRX was great. I requested info about the Costco program and Tony Self responded within 10 minutes via phone and email; he gave me the necessary information. The following day, I completed my finance information online and was approved for a loan. Tony set an appointment for us on Saturday afternoon. When we arrived Tony was waiting for us and had several cars selected and ready for us to test drive. He went through a very thorough explanation of the vehicles and all the features. We selected one and bought it that day. The whole experience was great and went very smooth. I was impressed with the service I received from Tony & Kachina. I would definitely recommend Kachina Cadillac to friends & family. More

Over the years I have (unfortunately) had to use the body shop numerous times & Kachina has always done an excellent job. This time however, Matt Zema (first time dealing with Matt) went above & beyond not o shop numerous times & Kachina has always done an excellent job. This time however, Matt Zema (first time dealing with Matt) went above & beyond not only being knowledgeable, helpful & courteous but rectified misinformation I had been given in the past which saved me money. I went there and he met me at the door introduced himself to me offered me something to drink, he showed me what he had and it was just what I wanted. We were looking for a 2012 SRX with luxury trim black on black. I contacted this dealer as the Cadillac website indicated they had a vehicle available. When I spoke with Andy the sales director regarding th black. I contacted this dealer as the Cadillac website indicated they had a vehicle available. When I spoke with Andy the sales director regarding the lease price he was able to offer a price that was within our budget so we decided to take a look at the vehicle. When we arrived we were greeted by Joey Matos who made us feel special and important from the moment we walked in the door. He showed us the vehicle and explained the numerous features of the SRX. Once we made the decision to purchase it got even better as Andy was able to finalize a lease price that came in under our budget, amazing! They detailed the car, Joey got us set up with Onstar and we were off. In addition they took our rental car back to the airport. For future service needs they offered to pick up and return the car from our residence. Overall a great customer experience. More
