I had such a great experience working with Steve Shannon. He gave me a CTS coupe for the night to make sure it was the right one for me. Although there was a bit of miscommunication in the service department that led to some delays, Steve took control of the situation as soon as he found out about it and resolved all the issues. Joey Matos is first and foremost a good person, extremely attentive to our needs and a pleasure to do business with, he sets a very high standard and his knowledge of the industry and the product he sells is second to none. I purchase a car at least once a year, I purchase High End vehicles and am used to a certain level of service from a Rolls Royce, Jaguar, Porsche, Mercedes etc I have owned them all, in my opinion Joey would fit well in any of them, in fact maybe better than what they have. As I mentioned I am a salesman, so often we fail to recognize the talent we have, quick to look elsewhere for a magical turnaround (we think), with Joey's positive while prudent personality his strengths would fit in most any management position. This might start sounding like Joey is a friend of mine, that is not true and my dealings with him have purely been in the sales process. The Cadillac Escalade we purchase is for my wife Taunya - great vehicle as we have 4 young children.
