I solicited quotes via internet services which send the request to area dealers. I received what seemed like a lot of fluff/spam from this dealer. Automated responses, duplicates. Then I started receiving personalized contact from John Lloyd and Jimmy Tonelli. Asking when I can come in (instead of just giving me the quote I requested). It became very confusing who I was dealing with. One would give me info. I'd ask for clarification, the other would ask when I could come in, I'd explain what I asked for from the other, and the other would ask a different question. I finally got a quote out of them which was clear enough for me to decide they had the best price. I call to finalize it, only to learn "oh, we quoted you last year's model. When can you come in?" Classic bait and switch. I've heard a lot of bad stories about Earnhardt dealerships over the past 12 years. This was my only experience with one. It confirms what I've heard. Then the other day I had a problem with the car phone so I pull into the service and with in MINUTES the service staff was on it and me on the road again now that is what I call a DEALERSHIP !!!!!
