Who told you that i agreed to purchase anything "as is"?? That is not true. The sunroof was NOT fixed, what your sales person was told was "its working fine now" by thr tech that looked at it. I am sure that was the case, the sunroof was working on and off so nothing was fixed. With a lottle research i found out that on toyota highlanders when the battery is not fully charged it causes the sunroof to malfunction like that. Once i put a new battery in, the problem was solved. So dont tell me the sunroof was fixed. I would love to get a copy of the inspection check list on the car, because i am sure the heating system was not checked. Had it been checked you would have known that the blend door actuators were not working properly. That actually could have been discovered if your inspection included a vehicle scan, because the computer would told the tech that. My guess is that it WAS DISCOVERED but the used car manager refused the work because it was too much money and since it was not cold at the time they felt they can get away with it.
