Had a good experience with the Service rep- Scott and the techs at EH. Brought in my 2013 Elantra and had my brake light issue diagnosed in an hour. I stopped in a few months ago when my sister was looking to buy after her car was totaled thanks to some jerk who turned in front of her then left the scene. Anyway, we met Jim Westrich that first day while perusing the lot. We went back a couple times and she ended up purchasing from Jim. Based on my own brief interactions w/ Jim those initial visits, and hearing how much my sister enjoyed dealing with him, he was the salesman I hunted down when it came time to buy a new vehicle. He was extremely courteous, open and honest, and I never felt like he was yanking my chain or trying to pull one over on me. After test driving the Kona and deciding to buy and finance through them (thanks to low interest rates), the whole process took maybe 2.5 hours tops. There were a few paper documents to sign but then everything else was e-sign, and all copies were handed to me on a thumb drive before I left the lot. Boy has car buying changed since 2007!! :-) I would totally recommend this dealership, and point you to Jim in a heartbeat. Fingers crossed all my service visits are just as wonderful. More
Please be ware when buying a pre-owed car from this dealership! They do NOT recondition their cars what so ever! And they don’t even fully detail them. Last month I bought a car that I paid $18,000 dealership! They do NOT recondition their cars what so ever! And they don’t even fully detail them. Last month I bought a car that I paid $18,000 for and when I got home with it I discovered that this place did not do any kind of inspection on it, or if they did, they did not spend ANY money to repair anything. I live in Tucson and I drove all the way to Avondale to see this car, I was able to take it on a quick test drive and the main thing I noticed was that the sunroof was not working. A week later when I decided to purchase the car, I asked them to repair the sunroof before I came in to buy it, I was told they did. I drove back to Avondale and I told them to have the car ready and gassed for me because I was going right back to Tucson since I had something to do. The car only had a HALF tank of gas, they couldn’t even get me a full tank knowing I drove from another city to come buy the car. The next day I noticed that the back seat was not detailed at all, it was FULL of dog hair, the front speakers were blown, the sunroof STILL did not work, and since it got cold I noticed the HEAT in the car did not work. I have spent a bunch of money on this car in the few weeks I have had it. This is a WARNING to anyone trying to purchase a preowned vehicle from them, have it inspected by a mechanic if you have one 1st, they DO NOT recondition their cars at ALL! Be careful who you do business with on a pre-owned car! More
