Chris Hawks at Earnhardt was amazing to deal with. We purchased our vehicle completely online from Texas. Chris took the time to video call us with a walk-around the vehicle to ensure everything was on t purchased our vehicle completely online from Texas. Chris took the time to video call us with a walk-around the vehicle to ensure everything was on the up & up. He emailed us the paperwork, we signed virtually, and the vehicle was shipped. We were very fortunate to find the exact vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted and with a dealership that understood how to complete a complete online transaction. Also, the shipping projection was a week, but we received it within a day. I know that may not always be the case, but it was a happy surprise for us! The dealership has a great reputation and we kept that in mind throughout the whole process. Now, we did have to replace the battery within 3 months of ownership - I only mention that because it should've been good for at least a year BUT I do feel if we were local that the dealership would've easily taken care of us as they have a nice warranty they offer with local vehicles. Anyways, THANK YOU Earnhardt & Chris. You guys are awesome and in a few years, we will be happy to do business with you again to replace our 2nd vehicle. More
