I sent an email inquiry via their website and had a response within a half hour. The next day, I spoke with Riley O’Conor, their Internet Sales Manager, and told him that I would come by to review the car that I saw online. He was actually waiting for me out front with the car as I pulled into the dealership. I have purchased a good number of cars and dealt with many pushy car sales guys in my time. Riley is the person you pray you got when you visit a dealership. What more can I say in that he actually listened to what I wanted (I’m a very direct person), and he was honest with me throughout. The process was extremely smooth because of Riley and Gavin Cooper, the Sales Manager. This is the second car that I have purchased with Earnardt in the Avondale Auto Mall (other was a Honda) and I am happy to be a repeat customer. More

He then brought me back multiple financing options. I am a die-hard Hyundai owner and haven't thought about purchasing anything but a Hyundai. My last experience purchasing a vehicle was terrible but James made it virtually pain free and enjoyable. I had issues with the paperwork being too rushed and received a call with an in depth explanation of the gap insurance. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealership. It shouldn't hurt to purchase a car, that's my motto. More
