After my last two car purchases I had lost all faith in dealerships and care salesmen in general. I approached Earnhardt's Scottsdale Lexus to get a look at a vehicle I was moderately interested in. Their staff was great from the moment I walked in the door (yes they allowed that, and didn't accost me before I had both feet out of my car in the parking lot). I was paired Leo Suhargo, a salesmen who was both helpful and informative, but beyond that a genuinely nice person who was more interested in my priorities and needs in an automobile than he was trying to sell me a car. After an extended test drive (24 hours... who else lets you do that?), and a very low pressure negotiation process, I drove off the lot 10 days later with the exact vehicle I wanted and a price that was exactly what I had in mind. I can't express enough how refreshing it was to do business with a dealership who values their customers the way Scottsdale Lexus does. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership! More

Suk is young and energitic, but not at all intimidating for an older woman like me. He new his "stuff" very well and was able to answer all my questions and concerns.He even came in early to meet me for my for an older woman like me. I work in hospitality so I have pretty high expectations of customer service and I can say this was probably one of the best experiences I've had. I'm a single girl who's not very good at negotiations so I was terrified to go to a dealership by myself thinking they'd take advantage of me! I had gone to a dealership a couple days prior and had the experience I dreaded but from the first person I spoke with (Megan) to the last (Kim) and especially David Martell, I never felt uncomfortable once. I didn't feel pressured (as I had from the experience a couple days before) and I just felt so comfortable! That is the best word I can come up with. I felt like David was a friend or family member trying to help me out, I came across some issues and I never had anyone work so hard and care so much to help me out. Tim, the manager and Kim also stepped up and worked so hard to help me out. I'm so thankful. They really made a scary experience so great for me and helped a goal/dream of mine come true! More
