My ENTIRE immediate family has Toyota and After having issues with my Scion iA and horrible experience at the Camelback Toyota, I was really fed up.. My ENTIRE immediate family has Toyota and scion cars.. we have had Toyota since I was a kid. We currently have a Toyota Prius, Scion IQ, Toyota Tacoma but my iA was not cutting it. I went in to Earnhardt Toyota and Alex Martens was amazing. He listened to my concerns and really worked with me to get into a lease I was confident with. I traded my iA in for an iM and am SO happy that he was able to restore my faith in the brand, as well as happy with my car. Martin in finance was also truly exceptional in explaining the benefits and features of auto butler and LoJack, so I got those too! Don't go to any other location- this one is awesome and won't let you down. PS- they have one of the better waiting areas.. it comes stocked with popcorn, hotdogs and coffee.. More
