Very Pleasant I had my horn repaired and bought a new set of tires and had a front end alignment. Lack of checklist Salesperson was great up to sale. Post sales was fair to poor. The car already had 66 miles (about 24 miles were accounted for - what were the other Salesperson was great up to sale. Post sales was fair to poor. The car already had 66 miles (about 24 miles were accounted for - what were the other 30 used for?). I paid a premium for a special order and expected low mileage (such as 36). Did not expect it to be used possibly as a demo. The salesperson had assured me that the car would be stored in the garage and not available for demos as in essence it had been "sold". Salesperson could use some training on the car features especially the Technology Package. I asked him to stop making up answers that did not make sense. He did point me to a Service Advisor who was very knowledgeable - I would like to express my appreciation to Vanessa who was very helpful. There was also a man in Parts who was knowledgeable on how the Traffic App worked as the salesperson was giving me incorrect information. There were other technical matters he helped me with and I just wish I remembered his name. Prior to picking up the car and realizing there was 66 miles on the car I asked him to ensure that the car was clean. Needless to say the windows were not cleaned even though the salesperson assured me it had been detailed. Apparently there is a 3-5 day wait to clean the windows after the tint is applied (the car had been there for a week). Also, The car had a spill on the illuminated door sill and on the drivers side floor. The salesperson was unable to remove it and told me "that is how 'steel' is". Even though I attempted to show him the illuminated sill on the passenger side he was uninterested. I had to go to Home Depot where they were willing to help remove the chemical (and NOT paid any commission). When I returned with the car the Detail Man noted immediately the scum on back window and haze throughout. He did a very good job of cleaning the windows! Tires had 42 psi when 33 is recommended. The salesperson did not understand that since the car was sitting in the garage for 2 hrs that this would be a cold tire reading even though he tried to convince me that since it was hot outside that this could NOT be a cold tire reading!! The finance people failed to 'deselect my name' OR 'upload my name to the 700Credit system' to prevent the adverse credit notice letter that I received which was VERY disconcerting since I had paid off the house based on credit approval on the day I picked up the car. As a result of the above I think a checklist should be used and there be one point control to ensure matters such as these are taken care of prior to car pickup. Also to note the salesperson should know more about the product he is selling for post sales support. More
