We're happy to see that overall you're satisfied with your service experience. Unfortunately, due to an increased volume of service vehicles, we have not resumed the exterior rinse of service vehicles, as the wash prevents the control of service turnaround times. On a case-by-case basis, we can facilitate a wash, so at your next visit, please ask me or Service Manager Andrew Wilson to facilitate an exterior wash and we'd be happy to do so.
