Cullen was very efficient and friendly and kept me updated on my recall repair and also had my vehicle serviced even tho I had no scheduled appointment. Previous experiences were fine, but our recent visit was very disappointing. The service department kept our car for a week for a recall repair and a few other maintenance items. During all that time we received only one proactive update from Joe, every other update we got because WE called to ask. Last Thursday we called for another update and someone named Jordan told us our car was ready, it was not, so we wasted our time driving over there for nothing. On Saturday we were supposed to return our loaner and left a message for a manager to see if we could extend the loaner and he never called us back. We finally got the car back a week later to no apology for the delay, no acknowledgement that it was an annoying experience. We probably won't be back. More
