I was contacted by Mr. Jim Vento, Earnhardt Toyota Service Manager, on Monday the 24th he left a voicemail which was returned immediately. We did not connect until Wednesday. I returned to the dealership on Thursday with my vehicle and they attempted to correct the sloppy job. I picked up my car on Friday morning after inspecting it with Mr. Vento. It was obvious to both of us that someone had rushed the corrective action and did not take the time to "do it right". I was told that they could not do any better at removing the slippery treatment from the floor mats and pedals, but that they could try to remove the overspray from the side mirrors, windshield and back window if I wanted to leave my vehicle (on a Friday) for another day. I elected to finish the process on those surfaces myself. I was told that the slipperiness on the pedals and floor mats would lesson over time. I asked if I could transfer my pre-paid future treatments to another dealer ....answer = NO. I asked if I could get a refund on the unused treatments (this was the first one) ....answer =I need to talk to the Dealership Manager.
