Not happy with the new kid who helped me. There was some discussion as to a service I had missed. This had come up prior and I thought was resolved. I was not happy to find my seat completely adjusted from my setting. I found my floor rug in the rear of my 4 runner, no longer on the drivers floor. My sensors were not alerting, when I left the dealership. And I do not appreciate my vehicle out front, engine running waiting for whomever to drive off in it. I didn't even see it at first, my daughter pointed out where it was, as the bay was very crowded. I don't know how long it sat running, but it should not have been running, in the first place. At this point, I am seriously considering finding a new dealership for my needs. At this time, I was hoping to purchase a new truck and have 2 Camrys I will be selling in the near future. I was always happy with the employees that greeted and assisted me upon my arrival. But, the last time in, it was a mess. I'm not sure if I want or will return. More
