They were pleasant but my car still is not fixed. I have had it back twice for the same problem with no remedy. They could not fix what they could not hear. I felt that they could have checked all the brake had it back twice for the same problem with no remedy. They could not fix what they could not hear. So, I must wait until I hear the same "screeching noise" when I apply my brakes over an extended period of time and only then can I take it back to possibly have it fixed.
