The service representative, Kyle I believe, made it obvious he was there to assist the customer and be more than fair. I appreciated his thoughtfulness in looking after this customer that I decided I would always make the drive there for service. The most recent 30K service and auto butler visit went much quicker than I had been expecting and told. The service representative, Vanessa, was cheerful, attentive and very good at her job. No high pressure for additional services but a concise format for estimates of the items needing attention shortly.
