I was pleased with the car I purchased however extremely disappointed in the post sales follow up. Because my paperwork went late to 8 PM, I was not able to take advantage of any teaching about the new car disappointed in the post sales follow up. Because my paperwork went late to 8 PM, I was not able to take advantage of any teaching about the new car and its computer. On the way home, I noticed a problem, defect, in the rear windshield. I conveyed these two issues to my sales person, James, who assured me it would all be taken care of. That was the last I heard of him essentially, I was ghosted for a few days and then nothing about how to fix the windshield issue. I continue to be unable to contact him, Oh, I see he has read my text messages. So buyer B alerted: once your sale is complete this sales rep may have nothing to do with you. More

I was very impressed by the rep I was working with and I would’ve given 5 stars if it weren’t for the different diagnosis I got each time I went to the shop for Divetrain malfunction issue with my i3.
