BAD FAITH! ! Have 530e bought from East Bay. . Hybrid transmission problems. Dealer won’t acknowledge it. Bought extended warranty for $3,000 months ago prior ! Have 530e bought from East Bay. . Was just informed BMW North America decide not to ‘activate’ the warranty due to some technicality they invoked. IMMORAL CONDUCT. THEY ARE ‘SORRY’ BUT DON’T CARE. Have bought three cars there.
