I had a wonderful visit to the East Bay BMW in Pleasanton today and the entire team was doing their amazing job. I need to especially thank Bobby Padilla, Cameron Gallup as well as the financial advisor Kam today and the entire team was doing their amazing job. I need to especially thank Bobby Padilla, Cameron Gallup as well as the financial advisor Kameron, they were so kind people who helped us with buying a new BMW car. Bobby was dedicatedly going through every single question we asked for the BMW X1 car, and Kameron the advisor gave us a very specific explanation for the contract terms and conditions as well as the services we benefited from the agreement. The genius young man Cameron Gallup delivered the technology instruction on every single part of the car so that we were easily operating the car very quick. It was so impressive by the fantastic team work and I could feel their customer centricity throughout the whole process of the service. Again, I really appreciated their hard work and help and as a loyal customer of BMW, I strongly recommend others to work with East Bay BMW because there are an amazing group of people who take care of their customers very much. Alyse my service advisor did an excellent job in getting my bmw z4 serviced. East bay bmw replaced my oil and brake fluid. Alyse kept me updated the whole time and even send me a video of my car being wor my bmw z4 serviced. East bay bmw replaced my oil and brake fluid.
