When we picked up the car, we were thrilled to hear that the rattling noise, which had been checked multiple times before, was finally gone. Alex made sure we wouldn’t get our keys back until the problem was completely resolved. Overall, Alex’s dedication and thoroughness have earned our trust and gratitude. Unacceptable service experience. I left a car with a tire issue. While I recieved an inspection video...my service manager never called me with recommendations and pricing. I had not authorized the dealership to keep my car overnight, but had I not gotten in touch with someone just before closing...apparently that would have been the result. More
