Steve Ann is great at service genius, kind and professional, with great communication skills. My Bluetooth wouldn’t connect, it was not my car but our manual entry of another device which kicked m professional, with great communication skills. My Bluetooth wouldn’t connect, it was not my car but our manual entry of another device which kicked my phone out. Fixed in 15 minutes and taught how to do it myself if it happens again.
