My Service Advisor was Joseph Brightenstine. He attended to me quickly. I did not wait long in the lounge. He was knowledgeable and efficient that's why my car was in the shop w/n a few minutes. I was issued a loaner and Zach was great in helping me with that. Turned out that it was a quick software fix that was done in a couple of hours so I returned the loaner on the same day. I really like the video BMW sent me showing my vehicle and explaining what was done to complete the job. Thank you to all of them! More
