It was convenient for me to visit this dealer since it’s close to my home. Everyone was professional and worked with me to get me a good deal on my vehicle lease. A few things that could have been bette close to my home. Everyone was professional and worked with me to get me a good deal on my vehicle lease. A few things that could have been better: 1. The printed security questions on a piece of paper that I was asked to complete and share back with the team which I felt was strong security flaw in the credit application process. These are questions and answers that I should not have to share with the employees at the dealership. I was very uncomfortable with this. 2. No one told me the remote engine start is not included despite me asking multiple times. I have now found out it’s a separate subscription with $300+. 3. Someone misplaced my DL after I had handed it to the team at the dealer. I never received it back and forgot to ask back as well before I left. As soon as I got home I realized it was missing. No was able to locate it at the dealership either. So that was concerning as well since it’s sensitive PII data and now I have to get a replacement DL. I understand things like this can happen. Wish it had not happened to me! 😉 More
