James is a very nice and personable person who is hard working and easy to work with. He is a great asset for any company who has him. Reward him and provide him fair and valid leads to keep him there a long time !!! More
Simply put we all love buying a new car but all dread dealing with salesmen and dirty sales tactics. We all just want to have an honest transaction that we can feel good about and not feel taken advantag dealing with salesmen and dirty sales tactics. But always remember the car industry is trying to maximize profit for the dealership which means they are trying to take advantage of their customers. Be very careful because if it seems to good to be true it is. Their online tools and “quotes” are very convenient but are misleading and will leave you scratching your head as to what’s happening once you talk with one of the “sales managers”. What you think should be pretty straight forward conversation will turn into questions as to how you came to get such number and how these are just estimates. For anyone making a trip out to this location based on any information online should think twice as it seems they like to make you come out to their location with misleading numbers and make you wait so long that you end up just taking a bad deal because you invested so much time and energy. Take your hard earned money to a dealership that will appreciate your business. Their are plenty of other places to get a vehicle and if they don’t earn your business don’t give it to them. This industry needs a major wake up call as consumers are sick of having to deal with terrible purchase experiences. No one spending this type of money should have to deal with people who don’t appreciate their customers. Customer service is being lost and it shows. Dealerships should have a flat profit margin and should be transparent on each vehicle sold. Profits should not fluctuate based on how well they can trick the customer with their sales training. More
Got a new BMW i4. The car had some problems and the technicians at the service center were not equipped with either the knowledge or the equipment needed to diagnose o The car had some problems and the technicians at the service center were not equipped with either the knowledge or the equipment needed to diagnose or fix the car. Brand new car but it has been in repairs for almost 40 days. Even the senior manager at the center cannot do anything about it. I think BMW north America should seriously review the capability of this center to service electric vehicles. More
We have had a terrible experience as an out of state buyer with this dealer. They sold the car before they legally owned the vehicle. We have have spent 3 months trying to get them to complete the corre buyer with this dealer. They sold the car before they legally owned the vehicle. We have have spent 3 months trying to get them to complete the correct paperwork with there financial services division, to obtain a title, so that they may put the vehicle in our name. We have currently spent more than $35k, and can not drive our vehicle while we continue to make payments. It is in our driveway with no registration. If you are out of state, I would not recommend business with this dealer. There communication is poor, and no single individual will help you with after sales service or registration. We are considering getting an attorney involved to return the vehicle as we can not use it. More

The whole process to order was easy and pick up process not time consuming. Our experience has been nothing but pleasant and would do business with them again and recommend to our friends. More

He went above and beyond to take care of my car issues. He listened patiently and very sympathetic when I told him about my frustrations regarding the bad service I received earlier. He readily promised that he will handle it personally and do all he can to fix my car. He kept me updated on the progress and got it done as soon as possible. Sasan provided excellent customer service. He was very patient with my family and I, and knows what he is talking about when it comes to BMW! This was my first car purchase and he was super patient with explaining the steps that were going to be taken. Super quick when it came to test driving, and very flexible with scheduling. It was nice to be able to text him about changes and get a response within an hour. This made getting my first car at the best price and in the quickest time! Thank you! More
The most disgusting person that I have worked with. If you get him ask for someone else. He was upset that I used cash as my form of payment. He told me that he "didn't know anyone who carries cash anymore." The worse experience ever. I wouldn't have made the purchase if it wasn't for the amazing sales representative, Sasan, that assisted me with finding the perfect car. More
