I only take my car to this location for a number of reasons. They have the best service advisors. This time around Lou helped me out. He informed me of discounts available for my vehicle which was supe reasons. They have the best service advisors. This time around Lou helped me out. He informed me of discounts available for my vehicle which was super helpful. He's very professional, knowledgeable, and competent. My car had a number of issues and Lou helped me address each one and we figured out the best action plan. I was able to afford all of the work needed and was provided a brand new loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. My car was in the shop longer than expected, but wasn't an issue for me. I was completely blown away and so grateful when it was finally time to pick up my car. Lou had completed my smog inspection for me, free of charge. If you're looking for great service and a friendly environment this is the place to go. More
