That is the crooked lying sorry stereotype of a car dealer that you have come to expect. If you want to be lied to and ridiculed please come to this dealer. If you want to buy a car from an honest person you should go somewhere else. I'm pretty sure there is a law against false advertising. These people don't care. I don't know how they sleep at night. Service people nice; Sales side not so great! I have a 2010 VW CC that I bought 2 years ago (2013) as a CPO with 29,000 miles on it. One would think there should not be any issues with the car si I have a 2010 VW CC that I bought 2 years ago (2013) as a CPO with 29,000 miles on it. One would think there should not be any issues with the car since it has low milage and it is CPO. Not the case. First let's start with the issue with the finance manager. Tim started the paperwork and put initial registration fees in for Texas when I wanted to just transfer plates over my old Passat. Then on the paperwork charged me SC fees too, thus overcharging me by 1300 dollars. "You will get a check in the mail," he said. Now I'm paying interest on an extra 1300 dollars, when he could have just redid the paperwork and made it right. As for the car, now, New Years weekend, it will be the shop for 4th time in 2 years. In the shop for the fourth time for mechanical issues, not regular maintenance. The first time, 3 months after having the vehicle, it went into the shop because I hose was not attached properly. The 2nd time the ignition coil failed. The 3rd time because, again, the ignition coils failed. Now the 4th time because mechatronics transmission has failed. When I took it to Rusty Wallis on the 3rd time, Jeff Wallis, did not acknowledge as serious problem with the multiple times it had to be in the shop or the finance manager's failure at correcting my paperwork when he needed to; he tried to get me to sign paperwork for a leased vehicle below the vehicle I was already in! I will never do business with them again. More

He was honest, knowledgable, transparent, and also a good guy who made it a stress free experience as well. I've also visited the service dept several times before and have always been satisfied there as well - the technicians were very communicative with me, as well as timely and open to discussion about my service. She somehow always remembers your name, is up front on what your service charges will be and how long it will take, works hard for you if any warranty repairs are needed and makes you feel at ease when having your vehicle serviced. I PURCHASED ON LEASE A PASSAT IN 2014. BEAUTIFUL... ABOUT A YEAR INTO THE LEASE I GET A CALL FROM THEIR LEASING SALES REP STATING I CAN PUT YOU IN A NEW CAR LEASE AND I WAS LIKE WELL I'M LOOKING FOR TWO PURCHASES. HE STATED OKAY WE CAN DO THAT FOR YOU NOT A PROBLEM. SO ONE SATURDAY AFTER TELLING HIM MY CREDIT WAS NOT PRESTIGE AND I WANTED EVERYTHING READY HE STATED OKAY WE HAVE EVERYTHING. LOW AND BEHOLD NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TO WAIT 4 HOURS BUT THEY CAME BACK WITH A NO DUE TO HAIL DAMAGE TO THE CAR. I WAS SO DEVISTATED BECAUSE I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO A FRESH START. A WEEK LATER I GET A CALL FROM AUTONATION VW IN RICHARDSON, TX AND EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT HAD HAPPENED. THEY ASKED FOR ALL MY INFO FOR FINANCING AND A FEW HOURS LATER HAD ME COME IN WITH THE 2014 PASSAT AND AFTER THEY TOOK THE PAYOFF CAME BACK AND SAID MA'AM PICK OUT A COLOR FOR YOUR NEW PASSAT PURCHASE... NOT A LEASE NOT A USED CAR BUT A NEW ONE. THE GROUP AT AUTO NATION WERE SO HELPFUL AND SO COMPASSIONATE. FUNNY THING IS I TOLD THEM I HAVE A SETTLEMENT COMING AND A FEW FAMILY MEMBERS THAT NEED A CAR. THEY WERE EXTREMLY HELPFUL AS THEY READ WHAT THE ATTORNEY HAD GIVEN ME.
