Service people nice; Sales side not so great! I have a 2010 VW CC that I bought 2 years ago (2013) as a CPO with 29,000 miles on it. One would think there should not be any issues with the car si I have a 2010 VW CC that I bought 2 years ago (2013) as a CPO with 29,000 miles on it. One would think there should not be any issues with the car since it has low milage and it is CPO. Not the case. First let's start with the issue with the finance manager. Tim started the paperwork and put initial registration fees in for Texas when I wanted to just transfer plates over my old Passat. Then on the paperwork charged me SC fees too, thus overcharging me by 1300 dollars. "You will get a check in the mail," he said. Now I'm paying interest on an extra 1300 dollars, when he could have just redid the paperwork and made it right. As for the car, now, New Years weekend, it will be the shop for 4th time in 2 years. In the shop for the fourth time for mechanical issues, not regular maintenance. The first time, 3 months after having the vehicle, it went into the shop because I hose was not attached properly. The 2nd time the ignition coil failed. The 3rd time because, again, the ignition coils failed. Now the 4th time because mechatronics transmission has failed. When I took it to Rusty Wallis on the 3rd time, Jeff Wallis, did not acknowledge as serious problem with the multiple times it had to be in the shop or the finance manager's failure at correcting my paperwork when he needed to; he tried to get me to sign paperwork for a leased vehicle below the vehicle I was already in! I will never do business with them again. More
Aaron Allison is the BEST! I bought my vehicle from Rusty Wallis almost 2 years ago and the main reason I return and drive almost 2 hours just to get my vehicle serviced here is I bought my vehicle from Rusty Wallis almost 2 years ago and the main reason I return and drive almost 2 hours just to get my vehicle serviced here is due to the AMAZING customer service I receive from Aaron Allison. She somehow always remembers your name, is up front on what your service charges will be and how long it will take, works hard for you if any warranty repairs are needed and makes you feel at ease when having your vehicle serviced. I also love how she makes you not feel like just an average person and more like someone special. More

Great Customer Service I took my 2015 GTI to receive its first alignment at Rusty Wallis Volkswagen and as usual received great customer service. This time in particular, Arron Allison, deserves my recognition for her help. She keep me updated on the status of my car while I waited in the lobby for the alignment to complete and even took me into the shop to check on my car and meet one on one with the mechanic to discuss areas of concerns. Buying my new GTI at Rusty Wallis Volkswagen was a great experience, and now servicing my car continues to be the same. Again, my appreciation goes out Arron Allison, and her service team for a great job. Thanks More
