We’re sorry the delay at the start of your appointment caused frustration. Your vehicle was towed in for an 8:30 a.m. appointment but was not brought into the shop until approximately 12:30 p.m., and our advisor apologized for that delay. Once diagnosed, the vehicle required a transmission valve body replacement—a significant repair—which our team completed by the end of the following business day. We also provided a $300 discount because of the initial delay. While we understand the experience did not meet your expectations, our team worked diligently to complete the necessary repair as quickly as possible and reduce the inconvenience.
