The people are super friendly and nice. The two Jessicas, Frank and shuttle driver. But i was quoted about 3-1/2 hours of total labor but was charged 7 hours. I had an oil change, a recalled item fixed, a roof rack put on and a trailer hitch put on. I paid $1000 to install the roof thing and trailer it!!!! Thats more than double what i paid for the parts through Amazon. This was way overpriced and as a result will shop prices before committing to your shop. Which is a shame because your people are so accomodating and pleasant to work with. Your hourly labor rate is $40/HR higher than the shop I usually go. More
