Smooth, Easy and Reliable (2018 Jeep High Altitude) East Hills Jeep has been nothing but outstanding to my Wife and I. I personally worked on a deal with Jesse over the phone before even coming into the East Hills Jeep has been nothing but outstanding to my Wife and I. I personally worked on a deal with Jesse over the phone before even coming into the Dealership. Jesse was very honest and straight to the point. There was no beating around the bush or switch and bait situation. I had originally told Jesse the number I got from another dealership and the number I wanted to be at and Jesse came through for my Wife and I. Our first interaction with Jesse was outstanding, professional and very efficient. He gave me my numbers for the 2018 Jeep High Altitude and gave me a full breakdown of all my charges. He diligently looked to locate a Black on Black High Altitude for my wife and found one. He promised to have the vehicle transported to the dealership and have my Wife and I within a new vehicle in a week and boy did he deliver! The Jeep is amazing and can't express how excited and happy my wife is. Once we came in to pick up the car and finalize our paperwork, we dealt with the Finance manager Arnie. What can I say about Arnie? Only that he is the most honest, funny and delightful Finance manager I have seen in all my years leasing from various luxary brands (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Infiniti). He does not bs you in anyway and tells you the honest truth about all the wear and tear packages. He made my wife feel really comfortable with the whole process. My Wife and I can't thank Jesse and Arnie enough for such a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership especially Jesse and Arnie.
