Excellent, Amazing, Incredible, A+ in every aspect! Where do I start? This was the best sales experience I have had in my life. From my initial call to obtain the address to the time I drove off in my brand new jeep. I was warmly greeted by a lovely young lady named Katie Baiata who works in customer relations. She introduced me to Michael Grimaldi who is an absolute expert sales and leasing consultant. Katie not only made me feel comfortable but she made both my parents who tagged along feel right at home. Katie offered us beverages as well as munchkins (which I believe were for the employees. It truly was a thoughtful gesture) while Mike began to get a feel for the exact vehicle I was looking for. Mike took me around the showroom and my eyes instantly went to the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Mike showed me the car in every color I could imagine. He then began to go over the features in great detail with me as I had a lot of questions and he had all the answers. Mike was genuinely nice and sincere which is hard to find in a friend these days let alone a salesman. Mike didn't rush me or even interrupt me when I had a question or inquiry. He was a true gentleman and professional. Their was no doubt in my mind that I was in the right place to acquire my new car. From start to finish East Hills Jeep couldn't be doing a better job. A+ all around. I truly wish every sales experience was this enjoyable and seamless. Arnie Price who is head of finance helped finish the last of the paperwork with me the next day (a Friday night) Arnie explained all the extra programs and warranties to me in great detail in language that made it easy to understand and pick and choose what I really needed for my vehicle. Superb service and one of the family. We purchased our vehicle a year ago from East Hills and it was due for an oil change and a 40k checkup. Though we live over an hour away we had a very good experience purchasing our vehicle there and decided to use the East Hills Service Department. Marc Siegel took excellent care of us and our Jeep and, like the others at East Hills, made us feel right at home. He is an excellent communicator and took us through our service options in detail. As the technicians spotted areas that needed attention he reviewed our options, made recommendations and gave us plenty of time to make our own decision with no pressure. Their prices are also impressive: we priced checked four new tires online and East Hills saved us over $100 on top of the line Michelins. As the day drew on Marc made sure we were comfortable and fed as we waited for our Jeep. He even took it upon himself to look at our car key that was giving us problems. There is no question that this place has the most professional, skilled, caring people working there and Marc is at the top. We wish them well this holiday season! More

Mike and Jorge are the best!!!! Let me start by saying that I do NOT usually write reviews, I like to read them, but am lazy to write them :-). However the experience I had at East Hills Jeep warranted a review. It was by far the best experience I've ever had leasing and/or buying a vehicle, and this is probably my 7th vehicle. I was in the market for a SUV. I had narrowed down my selection to the Acura RDX, Jeep Grand Cherokee and Chevy Equinox. I visited Mike Grimaldi at East Hills Jeep and right away I liked him! Mike didn't pressure me nor was he aggressive in any way. I explained to him I was on my lunch break and had a limited amount of time to view the vehicle. Within 5 min Mike had me test driving! I never experienced such efficiency at a dealership. Mike walked me through the features, we discussed my requirements and he addressed all of my questions. We even discussed pricing etc. (I am a very organized person, and had already done my research online re: trim levels, pricing etc.) Within 30 minutes or so I was on my way back to work with all information in hand. There was NO messing around or unnecessary fluff or the usual car salesman BS! After my first visit I had my bf text and email Mike multiple times re: the price and trim levels etc. trying to get to the right price point for me. Mike was completely gracious and flexible, not to mention patient. On a whim I returned to the dealership a few days later and unfortunately Mike wasn't there. As soon as I entered I met Jorge Molina. Jorge was equally as pleasant as Mike. He too was not pushy. He indulged my curiosity about the Jeep Cherokee and took me on a test drive of that vehicle. He also provided pricing info for that vehicle. I told him my heart was really set on the Grand Cherokee so he did what he could to ensure I got the best possible pricing. He told me he and Mike work well together, he even went and sought Mike's notes on me. When I finally made my decision I noted that Jorge included Mike's name on the invoice which was great. (I wanted to make sure Mike also got the credit for the sale since he really did most of the work with me.) Upon reflection, I got an excellent deal!!!! My car was ready for pick up a couple days later, and I was elated. Mike greeted me at the time of pick up. Jorge arranged to have a driver pick me up from work to bring me to the dealership to pick up my car. They were both so very accommodating. I couldn't have asked for anything more from either of them. I will say that the only disappointing aspect of my experience was not with Mike or Jorge but with someone else (name unknown) at the dealership who appraised my $8,000 trade in for $2,000 thereby forcing me to do a private sale, which needless to say is very time consuming. It would have been a better experience if I had been offered fair market value or at least close to it, for my car to avoid this. Signed, A Happy East Hills Jeep Customer! More
