He answered all of my questions, including questions I didn't even know that I had! Mike was courteous, patient and respectful. He held an exact match vehicle (with minimal down payment) until I was able to come in during daylight hours to test drive the car, and had the car ready for me that same day. The whole thing took less than 48 hours, and only because Mike was off work the intervening day. Mike Thomas in the finance office was also great to talk to. No pressure and a pleasure to chat with. Vanessa followed up on my initial visit to make sure my first conversation with Mike Grimaldi went well. Rob Picoli chatted with me while I waited for staff to evaluate my car for possible trade-in (which I decided not to do). More

Awesome Service Department I had an emergency issue with my Jeep Wrangler (brake hoses) and the service department where I normally take it couldn't fit me in for another week. I called East Hills and explained my situation, and they made a point to squeeze me in right away. The team checked me in immediately, and Daniel called a couple of hours later to clearly explain what the issue was and what their recommended repairs would be (and the estimated cost). Everything was fixed up quickly, and when I was taken through the work order and invoice, Stephen went out of his way to re-check the cost where he found that part of the work was covered by warranty. In the end, the cost was considerably lower than the estimate, and also lower than what my normal dealer quoted me. What a great outcome! I'm definitely coming back to East Hills for my future servicing needs. These guys managed the process flawlessly ... great, clear communications kept me informed through the whole process, and Stephen was a real star who clearly cares about his customers.
