Excellent and very accommodating service!! i purchased my vehicle from east hills back in 2014 and was very happy with the experience. 2 years later, my inspection was up. the first 2 years i t i purchased my vehicle from east hills back in 2014 and was very happy with the experience. 2 years later, my inspection was up. the first 2 years i took the vehicle to a local mechanic and it passed with no problems however, this time around because its the third inspection the state requires that the vehicle is connected to the computer. My local mechanic was unable to get the car to read the car and pass inspection. At the last minute i brought the car to the dealer and saw service manager Daniel Sanchez. Daniel was extremely accommodating though out the entire process and was able to get my vehicle into the shop. They determined that the same issue was occurring with them as well. The states computer was unable to read the car. Daniel advised us that if we can give him a little more time, he will take the time to properly diagnose the issue and even offered us a car ride home while they try to determine the issue. a few hours later, they were able to locate the issue and get the States computer to pass inspection. I highly recommend this dealer! They really went out of the way to make sure i got the service i needed even without an appointment. I could not ask for more! More
