Unbelievably exceptional I delt with mike grimaldi over the phone telling him what we had, what i had to work with and where i needed to be. But when having to locate the truck, went in on thursday had our new truck delivered by tuesday. In and out of the dealer in 45 min with our new lease. Even when I was inside, looking, (especially the Black Wrangler, no one came up to me) Odd!!! I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership. My 2009 Wrangler and my 2017 Grand Cherokee. This issue left a "sour taste in my mouth." I am not one to give this type of feedback, life's too short, but I think that the powers that be should be made aware of this.
