I went to east hills as my first stop in the "shopping around" stage but after my initial visit i didn't have to go anywhere else. I went in there to take a look at the new Jeep Compass. I was up front with Ivan and told him exactly what I wanted and the exact amount I was looking to pay and that's EXACTLY what I got on the first shot none of the stereo typical "haggling" and negotiation. Ivan listened to me, the customer and met all my needs. But my customer experience with him didn't stop there, Ivan was beyond patient with me in between my initial visit and when I actually picked up the car answered all my questions and calls when I had more questions, even simple common sense questions constantly explaining everything to me step by step. On another note I'm loving my brand new Jeep Compass, which has amazing features that keep blowing me away (more than I had in my Acura which I was paying more for) More
