Sales experience great - Service not so Purchased a 2016 Cherokee 15 months ago. Brought in for 2nd service - requested oil change, lube, replace air filter and do multi point vehicle inspec Purchased a 2016 Cherokee 15 months ago. Brought in for 2nd service - requested oil change, lube, replace air filter and do multi point vehicle inspection. Only 6900 miles. Billed $255 - had coupons for oil change and multipoint inspection $90? Plus air filter? Don't know who needed the AC checked and have no way of knowing what they did with my AC. No engine air filter replaced - they replaced the in-car air/heater filter - not requested! No record of multipoint inspection on invoice. $174.95 for AC service - if I wanted the AC serviced I would have given them the AC coupon from their website for a fraction of what I was charged! The only plus a no nonsense, no game playing sale. Service a capital ZERO! Will take my warranty service elsewhere. What is it with Jeep service on Long Island - the cars are great but the hassle for service and pitches for un-needed, un-necessary work is ridiculous. More

Jorge had the paperwork waiting for us when arrived at the dealership and from there it just got easier. We were in the dealership for less than an hour. I highly recommend East Hills , especially Jorge ! One last note , we had a terrible experience with Westbury Jeep. Totally unprofessional, didn't return phone calls,left us standing in the dealership for 10 minutes before someone finally came over to us . FYI More

Great Experience My family has purchased a vehicle from here before. We felt very comfortable with making another purchase, only this time we had a time crunch and of My family has purchased a vehicle from here before. We felt very comfortable with making another purchase, only this time we had a time crunch and of course started our search later than we should have. Jesse Berbig was our representative and I am so glad he was. He listened to our needs researched what he had available and did this all in what I consider to be quicker than ever expected. He had a choice of cars for us to test drive and as soon as we came back in from the test drive had paperwork ready. He continued to keep in touch with us through out the insurance process and worked this through from beginning to end. So thankful for his patience and professionalism. I would definitely recommend not only East Hills but Jesse to anyone in the market. More
