Marc Siegel is the service advisor I was fortunate to have oversee the maintenance of my 2015 Cherokee Jeep. Over the past several visits with Mr. Siegel I found his attention to detail and subject matter expertise to be superb when it comes to assess the maintenance needs of my Jeep. His service technicians are excellent. During those past several maintenance visits Mr. Siegel would always give an estimated time of completion for my particular service issues. Mr. Siegel and his service technicians would always finish the service tasks ahead of schedule / under the estimated time of completion. To include the 03/30/17 visit, Mr. Siegel and his service team averaged a little over 38 minutes under his estimated time of completion. Great service!! Bought my 3rd car from them. After one day of driving my check engine light went on. I took it in and Mike Casey helped me out right away. He was very Bought my 3rd car from them. After a short moment I was told that my vehicle had a small issue and the part wasn't in stock but they were sending someone to get it from another dealership. I was offered a ride to a nearby diner in the meantime. Mike called me up shortly after and told me my car was ready. I was picked up and dropped back off at the dealer where my vehicle was waiting for me. Mike thoroughly explained the issue I had and told me to call back with any questions or issues I may have. Needless to say my car is driving beautifully and I've had no issues since. I always have a pleasant experience with this dealership, but this visit further solidified my reasoning to keep coming back.
