Extremely Satisfied Customer I have never written a review for anything before, but felt compelled to do so after my excellent experience at East Hills Jeep. Long story short, I had put off truck shopping for over a year after an absolutely horrible experience at Westbury Jeep, but decided to give it another shot just after New Years this January. I figured I'd try East Hills this time and fortunately for me, when I walked in to the dealership, a young man named Sid immediately introduced himself and proceeded to help me get into the Ram 1500 of my dreams! Sid was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, honest and forthcoming, and most importantly I felt he sincerely did all he could to meet my needs as a consumer / customer. I never felt pressured or rushed, and Sid made the whole process go smoother than what I ever imagined it could or would. Because of his attention to detail, I'm now seriously driving my dream truck - thanks SO much Sid!!!!!! Lastly, because my experience was so terrific, I have already recommended Sid and the East Hills dealership several times to complete strangers , and will continue to do so with my many friends and family members in the future. (Btw-I am writing this review strictly because of my exceptional experience - I do not know Sid, nor any other employee at this dealership). Thank you. More

Unprofessional, low character and disappointing experience Do not attempt to purchase a vehicle from this dealer!! Very bad experience. I went there on a Sunday afternoon to look at a pre-owned Jeep. We sat down and agreed on a deal which ended up being after closing time. The General Sales Manager, Ed Whiffen, repeatedly reminded us that they had closed 20-30 min ago (extremely unprofessional). At the end of the night due to them closing, we left off as the salesman would call me back the following day. The salesman never called me back and then went on vacation. I went back the following weekend to complete the deal, with another sales man, and the Sales manager Steve DeSetto told me the price I was getting it for was no longer an option. The price had increased more than $3,000!!! I then asked how could that be? if it was on paper? He then said If thats the price I was getting then I should have taken that day. However that wasn't an option because Ed Whiffen wanted to leave and the salesman was supposed to contact me the next day!! Due to their lack of customer service and eagerness to leave, I was unable to purchase the car and now they try saying its my fault?! Basically calling me a liar. I DO NOT recommend this dealer to anyone. Extremely unprofessional. I have never heard of a dealership conducting this type of horrible service. Very disappointed. More

He greeted me with a big smile and looked into how long it would take to address my issue. At first he said, about an hour. I no sooner sat down to make a few calls, and I was told the car is in the shop now, another few minutes I was on my way, mission accomplished. More
