He has proven to be reasonable, trustworthy, honest, and incredibly flexible throughout the entire process. In the end we decided not to move forward with the extensive repairs needed as it did not make financial sense, and Michael was helpful in guiding us to this decision instead of pushing us into an endless money pit, proving he is there to help and advise and not just gouge like some dealership horror stories you'll hear. East Hills, and Michael in particular, is NOT a dealership horror story though - a great, honest place to do business and repairs. More

Terrible Experience I came into the dealership a day before Christmas Eve and spoke to a sales associate. I was interested in leasing a Dodge Challenger SXT. I spoke to the sales associate and he gave me some numbers and the only thing missing was the test drive. Since it was the holiday week I sat on the offer for approximately 5 days before contacting the sales associate to schedule a day for a test drive. On Thursday I called the sales associate expressing my interest and a time to schedule the test drive. He told me Friday at 12 (the next day) he would have the car in the dealership for me to test drive. So Friday morning comes and I call him and he tells me he just walked in the door and he will give me a call back in 5 minutes. An hour and a half later he calls me and tells me that he doesn't have the car and can't help me. I would not recommend this unprofessional business to anyone. Side note: I also specifically requested that I be contacted by email because I like to have proof of any communication I have when it comes to leasing but the sales associate refused to contact me through email. More

Lack of knowledge and constant service the past 7 months We purchased a "certified" pre-owned Dodge Ram 1500. The dealer we got, Mike Guerrieri, seemed to not know the truck inventory. They mostly sells Jeep We purchased a "certified" pre-owned Dodge Ram 1500. The dealer we got, Mike Guerrieri, seemed to not know the truck inventory. They mostly sells Jeeps at this dealership. I wish we had a different sales person that knew trucks better. When I mentioned to Mike that Ford trucks were just rated #1 for safety he responded "who needs safety when you have a truck!" It was a very insensitive comment and unprofessional. He should of responded back with a better fact about the truck to counterfeit the competitor fact. Needless to say he was useless in knowledge and only wanted a sale. We've had 7 months of back and forth problems. They all start with the 'check engine' light on. First the heat wasn't working, then the gas line, now the automatic starter is not working. Every time the truck is "fixed" it is not at all. From the service area my husband has been dealing with Kevin, who has been not so honest or knowledgable in the issues that are happening. To top it off my husband saw the original dealer Mike again, who acted sympathetic to the mechanical issues and said "well if your still having issues come in later and we'll see what we can do". Basically he just wants another sale. I would never purchase from this dealership again. The sales are unprofessional and the service is awful. No wonder I see their courtesy vehicles multiple times a week. We must not be the only one having problems. More
