Excellent Costumer Service JAMES KROPP This is the second certified car we bought in a year. I love my Honda but during the process my head was spinning with all the extras fees on top of This is the second certified car we bought in a year. I love my Honda but during the process my head was spinning with all the extras fees on top of the advertised price. When I walked in to East Hills Jeep, my first question was, "What are the hidden fees? the gentleman at the desk replied "If we told you, they wouldn't be hidden." We laughed and then James Kropp escorted me to his desk asked what I was looking for, I showed him the printout of an advertised car on the internet. He told me the additional fees which were transportation fees, certification fees and DMV fees. To my surprise they were acceptable fees. James then took me to the car. again this was a certified car so it was going to have flaws. One flaw was a chip in the windshield, he immediately responded he would "REPLACE" the windshield, not fill in the chip. I was totally impressed. there were a few cosmetic issues with the car and they were totally addressed. I was impressed with James Kropp as a salesman, he wasn't the "stereotype" car salesman. In 3 years we will be looking for a car for my sons and I will be looking for James Kropp (as long as they want Chrysler or Dodge Brand). I will also recommend him to friends and family. I would definitely recommend this Dealership and James Kropp as your salesman. Ask for him!!! I dealt with James Kropp, found the car, was given a price, brought my husband that night, he put a deposit on the car, waited for the car to be certified and detailed and picked up the car a few days later. He was accommodating with an "I Owe" list, and followed through. James Kropp puts the BUYERS BEST INTEREST, first. The service department was excellent also , fixes the flaws. they also called us and kept us updated being that we brought the car in during Thanksgiving Week. Excellent Service Department. More
