I got a nice cup of coffee from their machine and we sat down to discuss what I was looking for. Since I wasn't in a big rush to make a deal, I had very specific requirements for my lease. I figured they wouldn't have it in stock and I'd back another day. To my surprise, Ann checked her database and there it was, my dream Jeep! Negotiations went smoothly and painlessly.
